Personalized Consultation

At the start of every appointment, we provide a personalized consultation to ensure your vision is fully realized. During this one-on-one session, you'll collaborate with your artist to craft the perfect plan tailored to your unique preferences. Whether you have a clear idea of what you want or need guidance, this is your opportunity to express your brow goals in detail.

Feel free to bring reference photos of styles you love (or even ones you want to avoid), share past photos of your brows when you felt your best, or wear your favorite brow makeup to help communicate your desired look.

Together, we’ll discuss:

• Your Skin Type: Ensuring the technique complements your skin.

• Preferred Brow Technique: Microblading or Powder Brows—what suits you best?

• Color Selection: Choosing the ideal shade for a natural, flattering result.

• Any Concerns or Questions: We're here to address them all.

Step Two:

Brow Analysis and Mapping

Once we’ve developed a game plan for your dream brows, we’ll move on to creating the blueprint! Our artist will carefully assess your skin type, bone structure, existing brow hair, muscle movements, and face shape, paying close attention to any natural asymmetry. Before any permanent work begins, we’ll map out your brows with precision using pencil to visualize the design.

Our advanced mapping technique incorporates tools like a wax pencil, string, rulers, calipers, and the golden ratio to ensure symmetrical brows that were made for YOU. For those opting for Microblading, we’ll also sketch the hair strokes during this process to give you a realistic preview of the final look.

At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to make any adjustments necessary to feel confident with the blueprint. This step typically takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes. Rest assured, we won’t proceed to the next step until both you and your artist are 100% satisfied with the design.

Step Three:

Numbing

Once your brow mapping is finalized and we’re ready to begin, we’ll apply a topical lidocaine numbing cream to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. Additionally, we use a secondary numbing during the process to ensure ongoing comfort throughout your appointment. In fact, nearly 90% of our clients find the experience so relaxing, they fall asleep!

With a gentle artist and fully customizable experience, we strive to create the most relaxing environment possible for your appointment. You will be able to choose your preferred music (or bring your own headphones) and have your pick of essential oil scents for aromatherapy. Although we are unable to provide blankets due to being a tattoo studio, you are welcome to bring your own and get cozy during your session.

While the numbing cream takes effect (about 10 minutes), you’re free to use the restroom, enjoy complimentary snacks or water, or simply relax and check your phone. Your comfort is our priority as we prepare to give you the brows of your dreams.

Step Four:

Tattooing

Once you’re fully numb and ready, we’ll begin the tattooing process. You’ll be comfortably lying on our treatment bed, adjusting the angle of your head as we move from side to side, perfecting your brows. To ensure the best results, we gradually build up the pigment with 3-4 passes on each brow, numbing each side again before revisiting it.

This stage typically lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. During this time, you’re welcome to relax, take a nap, or even have a therapy/venting session with your artist—whatever makes you most comfortable! If you need to adjust your position, take a sip of water, or use the restroom, you’re always free to do so!

Step Five:

Aftercare and Healing

Once we’ve finished the tattoo process and you’ve gotten chance to admire your beautiful new brows, it’s time to go over how to take care of them. You will be taking care of your brows for about seven days after depending on how quickly your skin type heals. Visually it will take about two weeks for your brows to fully heal. Your artist will explain each step in detail and share extra tips to make healing simple and ensure the best possible color retention.

You’ll receive a complete aftercare kit, which includes everything you need for optimal care:

• Aftercare Wash and Ointment

• Cotton pads for blotting on the first day

• Shower shield to minimize the amount of water on your brows

• Detailed instruction card outlining the day-by-day healing process

• Your artist’s contact information for any follow-up questions

• And a Starburst as a sweet treat!

Once we've gone over aftercare, we’ll take payment and schedule your touch-up appointment, which typically occurs 6-12 weeks later to perfect your results.

Step Six:

6-12 Week Touch-Up

The final step in achieving your dream brows is the perfecting session, which takes place 6-12 weeks after your initial appointment, once your skin has fully healed and is ready for more pigment. Our philosophy with permanent makeup is simple: we can always add more, but we can’t take away. By building your brows over two appointments, we ensure natural, long-lasting results.

During the first appointment, we focus on creating soft, natural-looking brows. We typically go lighter, softer, and thinner so you can get used to your new brows. At the touch-up, you can decide if you'd like to add more pigment, increase thickness, or lengthen the tail—or keep them soft and subtle. While the touch-up isn’t required, it’s highly recommended for those who want to enhance their brows once they’re fully healed.

In the weeks following your initial appointment, feel free to experiment with a brow pencil to help you decide if you want darker, thicker, or more defined brows at the touch-up. The perfecting session usually lasts 1-2 hours, and after that, you’ll be set with gorgeous brows that can last 1-3 years!
